EduTel's on-site training programs are designed to maximize the capabilities of the equipment that teachers and administrators have at their schools. The advantage to on-site training is that participants learn and practice new skills at their schools using their own equipment.

Often professional development given during off-site sessions is ineffective because participants return to their schools and face an entirely different level of technology.

To insure that workshops meet the client's needs we will meet with you to assess your existing technology and your short and long term educational goals.

Workshops may include general Internet protocols such as email, listserv, world wide web and electronic publishing formats. Special emphasis will be placed on incorporating these technologies into existing curricula and the guidelines established by the Massachusetts Frameworks. Effectively using technology with second language students will be covered.

Basic half-day workshops start at: $500
Basic full-day workshops start at: $1000
Multi-session workshops will be priced according to the specific needs and requirements of the school district.

EduTel also provides consulting services to help school districts choose new and emerging technologies that have high value in interdisciplinary educational settings.
