Directions:
  1. Enlarge the master and glue a copy of the model on tagboard.
  2. Cut out all of the parts.
  3. Decorate the figure with colors, sequins, glitters, etc.
  4. With a sharp instrument, punch out each point marked with a circle or an "x".
  5. Put a piece of thread 10 inches long through the "x's" in the arms.
  6. Put another piece of thread, 10 inches long, through the "x's" in the legs.
  7. Make knots on each end of the threads without making them very tight.
  8. Cut any leftover thread.
  9. Connect the arms and legs to the body with paper fasteners. Make sure that.they are very loose to allow for movement of the parts.
  10. Tie a 13 inch piece of thread in the middle of the thread that connects the arms.
  11. Tie the same 13 inch piece of thread to the thread that connects the legs in the middle, as well.
  12. With tape, attach a wooden stick to the back of the body (in the middle) in order to hold the figure in your hand. The stick must pass beneath the threads.
  13. When you pull the thread, you will see how the skeleton dances.
